Pretty good for what it is

It creates more than enough pressure, it's pretty quiet (this model is rated at 47 dB) and is more than sufficient for airbrushing and hobby related things. Would recommend as most mini painting youtubers say that the AS-186 is the generic brand/creation that sells all over the world.

My specific model had a TIIINY flaw in that the overpressure valve was stuck/ tight, so a little bit of fiddling and loosening was required (but you can still release the air from the water trap as that has a release valve as well) but the compressor itself did not overpressure itself.

Overall, fantastic product and at a great price too. Perfect for beginners and even intermediate hobbyists as well. Wouldn't need to upgrade again unless its an oil piston compressor.
