This excellent set of figures was reviewed by Martyn Smith of www.track-link.com, his conclusion is below:
This is a great set of figures that interact well and tell a story …together they produce a small vignette but will also integrate into any scenario well. This is the only set of figures that I am aware of in plastic where two soldiers are evacuating a third (casualty).
The portrayal of clothing types gives the modeller the chance to depict either Waffen SS or with a very little work Heer units depending on the period. Marching boots on the figures with Camouflage Smocks would have covered very early war periods (SS in France 1940) but although the ankle boots were issued at that time they don't seem to have been worn in combat.
As for the pointing and shouting figure, I think it will improve by altering the position of the head but that's only my opinion. It is still a rather nice figure with great detailing.
Overall I would say Tristar have lived up to their ethos.
Good points; accurate, well detailed, with very good poses good individual facial expressions. Uniforms and insignia are particularly well portrayed. Personal equipment is well detailed and accurate.
Bad points: a few minor flow marks and a minor sink hole to deal with, the MP40 foresight not prominent enough. The box painting guide has a few colour ID issues.
Still, at the price offered it's a good value for money kit.
