Battle of Kursk (July 1943) (T-34-76 (early 1943), Pak 36(r ) with Crew (4 figures)

The battle of Kursk (July 5 - August 23, 1943) is a combination of strategic offensive (July 5-23) and offensive (July 12 - August 23) operations of the Red Army in the Great Patriotic War with the aim of disrupting a major offensive Wehrmacht forces and defeat its strategic grouping.  The German side called the offensive part of the battle "Operation Citadel".  It is considered the largest tank battle in history.  About 2 million people, 6 thousand tanks, 4 thousand planes took part in it.

After the battle ended, the strategic initiative finally sided with the Red Army. 

Includes 199 parts of assembly of T-34-76 (early 1943 production) Soviet medium tank, 104 parts of assembly of PAK 36(r) German anti-tank gun and 58 parts for assembly of 4 figures.
